Hi my name is Bob Bugeaud and I would like to introduce myself. I spent part of my teenage years in Grand Forks BC, from there I moved to Alberta.  In 1989 together with my wife and family I returned to BC. My wife of 37 years and I own and operate a ranch near the beautiful town of Midway BC, where we raise Highland Cattle. Midway is located in the Boundary area which is about half way between Rock Creek and Greenwood. In addition to my work in agriculture I have had experience in the logging industry, owning and driving logging trucks for the past 24 years.  My lovely wife, Margaret Ann, went to school to learn the art of saddle making.  This sparked my interest in leather work which lead me to learn how to make western saddles as well as custom hand made boots. A year and a half ago I attended the Global College of Auctioneering where I obtained my Auctioneering certificate. I enjoy auctioneering for fund raisers around the Boundary Country. I also have my own auctioneering company, Southern Interior Auctions Ltd.

Over the years there have been a few times when I wanted to become a Realtor, but as with most of us, "life" got in the way.  That didn't stop me from following the Real Estate market very closely, as I find it to be one of the most interesting markets there is.  I have a vast knowledge of our beautiful Boundary Country and the industries that support it.  I am looking forward to helping you discover what our area has to offer and help you to find your perfect piece of paradise, just as I have.

Thank You
